Article 43. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from Revenue Available for Appropriation $15, 107 to provide funds to fill the position of deputy police chief , with said funds to be apportioned as follows. Deputy Police Chief Account , $14,526 ; and Police Wages, Account , $581 , transfer $15 , 107.00 9: 16 P.M. motion carries Article 44. To see if the Town will vote to hire and equip additional full-time police officers and that the Town vote to appropriate and transfer from Revenue Available for Appropriation $23, 390, with said funds to he apportioned as follows: Patrolmen and Sergeants Salary Account , $16,370; Police Wages Account , $1 ,588; Police (Expense Account, $2,000; Employee Medical Trisurance Account , $1, 755; Group Injurance Account , $40; and 'Pension Ro,�Prve Fund, $1 ,637 , transfer $23, 390-00 9: 18 P.M. motion carries Article 45. To see it the Town will vote to appropriate and take from Revenue Available for Appropriation Account $899 to be applied to the Police Expense Account for the purpose of purchasing a Polaroid color mug shot camera to replace a black and white photo camera, transfer $899.00 9:20 P.M. motion carries Article 46. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate or take from any funds the sum of $3,000 for purchase of a microcomputer, printer and accessories for use by the Town Planner. transfer $3000.00 9:21 P.M. motion carries Article 47. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, or take from available funds, the sum of $5,000 to be expended by the Waterways Commission for the purpose of engineering and other professional services related- to the preparation of permits and funding analications for projected channel and beach improvement in Popponesset Bay, transfer $5000.00 9:23 P.M. motion carries Article 48.
