Article 48 (continued) <br /> Cam Ln&. No persin shall set. up , camp in , or otherwise occupy a tent , automobile , <br /> or trailer as defined in Section 1'. 2. 3 of these BY-Laws anywhere within the <br /> limits of the Town of Mashpee between the hours of 9:00 pm. and 6:00 a.m. , <br /> except to the extent that such is allowed by Section 4.2.4 of the By-Laws. Any <br /> person violating the provisions of this, By-Law shall be punished by a fine not <br /> to exceed $300 for each offe rise . <br /> 9**25 P.M. motion carries <br /> Article 49. <br /> To see if the Town will vote amend rhe Town By-Laws by adding to Section 4. 2.4 <br /> a new sub-paragraph as follows: <br /> d. Youth Groups, at the direction it the Conservation Commission on lands <br /> managed by the Conservation Commission subject to such conditions as <br /> the Conservation Commission may promulgate from time to time for use of <br /> such land. <br /> 9,:26 P.M. motion carries <br /> Article 50. <br /> To see it the Town will vote to amend Article 4.9 of the By-Laws of the Town <br /> by adding thereto the following sentence: <br /> "Any violation of a regulation duly adopted by the Board of Selectmen shall <br /> be punished by a fine of $50.00." <br /> 9:2-9 P.M. motion carries <br /> Article 51 . <br /> To see it the Town will vote to amend Section 5. 5 of the Zoning By-Law by <br /> deleting Section 5. 5 in its entirety and substituting therefore the following: <br /> 5. 5 Any, lot shown on a plan and lawfully in existence in compliance <br /> with the provisions of the Subdivision Control Law (Chapter 4lof <br /> the General Laws ) and the, zoning by-taws as of January 1 , 1977 may <br /> thereafter be built upon for single family residential usage provided <br /> that this section shall not apply to more than three adjoining lots <br /> held in common ownership and that said lot or lots contain at least <br /> ten thousand square feet of area and seventy-five feet of frontage. <br /> 5.6 Any lot lawfully laid out by plan or deed duty recorded in the. <br /> Registry of Deeds which complied with all zoning, requirements, <br /> if any , in effect at the time of recording, may thereafter be <br /> built upon for single (amity residential use notwithstanding the <br /> adoption or amendment of the zoning by-law imposing minimum <br /> area, frontage, width, depth or yard requirements, or more than <br /> one such requirement in excess of those in effect at the time of <br /> recording, it at the time of the adoption of such requirements or <br /> ...............,,............... <br />
