<br /> Board of Health: Septic plans to be reviewed upon submission to BOH. Floorplans to be <br />reviewed upon submission to Building Department. <br /> <br /> Building: Project will require ZBA relief 174-33 and 174-17 (July 10, 2024) <br /> <br /> Wastewater: There is no planned connection to the Mashpee Sanitary Sewer Collection <br />System. <br /> <br />Motion made by Ms. Zollo for a continuance to July 25, 2024, at 6:42 pm. Motion seconded <br />by Ms. Clapprood. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: The Agent has requested the commission clarify whether they are seeking <br />approval from the Board of Health and Zoning Board of Appeals. As per the bylaw, the sole <br />requirement is to submit an application to the Boards. The Chair has indicated that the <br />Commissioners need additional information regarding the extent of the renovations. <br /> <br />o ROLL CALL: Ms. Zollo (Yes), Mr. Clapprood (Yes), Ms. Godfrey (Yes), Ms. <br />Thornbrugh (Yes), Mr. Colombo (Yes). <br /> <br />The motion passes unanimously. <br /> <br />Documents provided: Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc., Request for Determination of <br />Applicability, 06/05/24 Plan “Site and Septic Plan. <br /> <br />6:33 <br />NOI 43-3283 <br /> <br /> 135 Daniels Island Road, New Seabury Marina, LLC. Proposed marina expansion and <br />improvement dredging. Representative: Tighe & Bond, Inc (Cont. 4/18, 5/9, 5/23 & 6/13) <br /> <br />Representative: Ryan Cavanaugh and Daniel Ciaramicoli <br />The original plan for the marina has been revised based on Harbor Master feedback. No decision <br />will be made tonight, as a continuance is requested pending Waterways Commission approval on <br />July 10, 2024. <br />The current marina has 40 slips, two floating docks, a boat ramp, a pier, and a fuel dock. The <br />goal is to improve safety by widening the fairway through realigning the floats and extending the <br />fuel dock. This will require dredging 210 cubic yards of material to a depth of -6 feet to increase <br />water depth. Shellfish will be relocated prior to dredging. <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
