1. Due to the flood zone location and distance from resource areas, no <br />restoration plan is required. <br />2. Buffer strip regulation applies to lots bordering water bodies or when over <br />500 sqft of naturally vegetated area is removed. <br />3. Lawn Area: <br />1.
