Further discussion ensued. <br /> <br /> Board of Health: The property is in Zone II and restricted to three (3) bedrooms <br />previously permitted by BOH. Raze and replace of the existing dwelling triggers the need <br />for full compliance with the BOH I/A septic system regulation. Septic plans to be <br />reviewed upon submission to BOH. Floorplans for proposed new dwelling to be reviewed <br />upon submission to Building Department. The total area that needs nourishment is 769 sqft, requiring 8 cubic yards of clean <br />and washed beach sand. All sand will be placed above the average high water line and <br />below the vegetated area, ensuring that no new beach area will be created and no impact <br />on the water and vegetated areas.
