McManus, Conservation Agent Zoom <br />Sandra Godfrey, Secretary Erin Copeland, Member Dan Kent, Assistant Conservation Agent <br />Alexandra Zollo, Member <br />Marjorie Clapprood, Member (left <br />8:46) <br />Sarah Thornbrugh, Member Zoom <br />Rich Sahl, Associate Member <br /> <br />CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br />6:30 <br /> <br /> Mr. Colombo, the Chair, calls the meeting to order. <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance/Moment of Silence. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />There were no public comments. <br /> <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br /> Water Quality: <br /> <br />o The cyanobacteria advisory has been lifted for Mashpee Wakey Pond. <br />o Santuit Pond continues to experience a cyanobacteria issue. <br />o Ashumet and Johns Pond are facing an ongoing PFAS issue. <br />o The State Health Department has responded by providing a QR code indicating <br />that swimming is safe, but ingestion is not recommended. <br /> <br /> Regulation 25 Draft (LSCSF) Performance Standards: <br /> <br /> The Chair read Commissioner Copeland’s letter, which provides feedback on Regulation <br />25 Draft Performance Standards 7, 8B, 11, 12, and 17. The Commissioner suggests <br />making the fertilizer ban townwide through a town meeting.
