 House to be tied into existing wastewater treatment facility at Willowbend. No onsite septic system  Agent recommends: 1) increase in setback from the 50 ft buffer zone by at least10 feet to prevent construction overreach into the 50ft buffer zone to the coastal bank 2) If the commission disputes the assertion that the buffer zones are grandfathered, we can seek the opinion of the town's legal counsel. 3) The driveway is mainly outside the 100 ft buffer zone to the top of the coastal bank; however, staff strongly recommend proposed asphalt driveway be pervious  BOARD OF HEALTH: Willowbend WWTF.
