o Chop Chaque Bog Restoration Local Comprehensive Plan <br /> Construction Bid Package: approximately 28 requests with no actual bids <br />yet. <br /> A pre-bid meeting occurred with 2 companies attending; questions arose <br />and were requested in writing. <br /> <br />o Herring Warden <br />o Harbor Management Committee <br /> <br />o Mashpee River Restoration <br /> Kick-off meeting was well attended with a focus on the conceptual <br />approach as it marks the beginning of the restoration process. <br /> Funding updates: discussion on NOAA grants and updates on potential <br />funding.
