Agent Recommendations:  A condition be stated that the identified salt marsh migration area will not be altered.  Applicant works with staff to determine appropriate mitigation species  Property owner must submit a signed 2-year mitigation monitoring and maintenance contract with a certified landscaper, horticulturalist or wetland consultant before the commencement of any work  BOARD OF HEALTH: Raze and replace of an existing dwelling triggers the need for full compliance with BOH I/A Septic Systems Regulation. I/A septic plans are to be reviewed upon submission to BOH. Floorplans for proposed new dwelling to be reviewed upon submission to the Building Dept. Rodent inspection by BOH is required prior to demolition, with abatement if necessary.  BUILDING: ZBA hearing scheduled October 9. Motion:  Mr. Cook made a motion to close and issue with the following conditions: o A 3ft wide planting bed instead of a fence o Agent Recommendations  Mr. Sahl seconded. No further discussion.
