Discussion on light penetration requirements (50% vs. 65%) <br /> Clarification on regulations for existing vs. new structures <br />Agent Comments <br /> Shellfish Constable does not recommend a shellfish mitigation fee due to no expansion of <br />existing structure, but does recommend a condition for DNR to continue to use areas <br />under and around dock for shellfish seeding <br /> No comments yet from Harbormaster or Division of Marine Fisheries <br /> Agent Recommends <br />o Boardwalk/fixed pier should be a consistent width of 4 feet from beginning to <br />end, unless there’s a demonstrated compelling need for additional width <br />o Thru-flow grating along length of fixed pier <br />o Condition of allowing DNR to continue to seed area under and around dock <br /> <br /> <br /> Board of Health: Note the location of the septic system and restrict equipment/ vehicle <br />traffic over non-load bearing (H-10) components. <br /> <br /> Building: No jurisdiction <br /> <br /> Wastewater: No navigational or abutter concerns <br /> <br /> Shellfish: Order of conditions to allow the Mashpee Shellfish Program to continue <br />seeding and utilizing the bottom under and around this proposed structure for future <br />public harvest.
