Mashpee Conservation Commission Minutes <br /> For Thursday, March 7th, 2024 <br /> Popponesset Meeting Room, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT <br /> Paul Colombo, Chair <br /> Steve Cook, Secretary <br /> Marjorie Clapprood, Member <br /> Sandi Godfrey, Member <br /> Erin Copeland, Member <br /> STAFF PRESENT <br /> Drew McManus, Agent <br /> Dan Kent, Assistant Agent <br /> Mr. Colombo called the meeting to order at 6:30 <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/MOMENT OF SILENCE <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Mr. Tim Gildae (President of the Popponesset Beach Association-PBA) spoke about a letter they <br /> previously submitted to the Conservation Commission regarding concerns on the draft revisions <br /> to Ch. 172,Regulation 25 (Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage). Mr. Gildae asked about the <br /> status of a formal response from the commission to the letter submitted by PBA, specifically <br /> about the draft wording(content) and timing of commission revisions compared to MA Dept of <br /> Environmental Protection's process of creating standards for development in the 100 year <br /> floodplain under the MA State Wetlands Protection Act. Chairman Colombo responded that a <br /> formal response will be provided to PBA in this regard. <br />
