Proposed raze and replace RDA <br /> of single family dwelling including garage and I/A septic system upgrade. <br /> Representative: BSS Design, Inc & Andrew Garulay (Yarmouthport Design <br /> Group). <br /> Mr. Garulay presented the project details, property history and proposed work. <br /> The property contains three cottages and a larger single family home. The <br /> raze/replace of the single family home is occurring just outside of the 100 year <br /> floodplain. Some of the septic work is within the 100 year floodplain.New piping <br /> and tanks for the main house and associated cottages (IA septic upgrade). Mr. <br /> Cook asked about existing conditions of septic upgrade work and Mr. Garulay <br /> provided clarification. Mrs Clapprood asked about square footage/bedrooms and <br /> any associated changes to bedroom. Additional conversation/clarification ensued. <br /> Mrs Spencer provided additional comments on use of the property and existing <br /> conditions of cottages.Mr. Colombo commented on how the project relates to Ch. <br /> 108 (flow neutral bylaw). Additional conversation ensued.Extended conversation <br /> about Board of Health review of the proposed septic upgrade and permitting <br /> thereof. Mrs. Copeland added that Board of Health would review septic <br /> compliance aspects of the project.
