Representative: David Schofield and <br /> self. <br /> The site covers approximately 0.57 acres and is not located in Zone 2. Soil tests have <br /> been completed, and monitoring wells installed. A leaching field is designed to be 5 ft above the <br /> estimated seasonal high groundwater table. The septic system includes a 1500-gallon, two- <br /> compartment septic tank with a D-box, along with the relocation of both water and gas lines. <br /> The property lies within the AE 100-year flood zone and is 200 ft from the water's edge. <br /> COMMISSIONERS COMMENTS <br /> 8 <br />
