Proposed <br /> grading and recreational improvements. Representative: Self(Joe Greene) <br /> The site is located at the end of the homeowner's association beach. The proposal is to <br /> clean up the beach, grading including the addition of mulch and tables with chairs. The small <br /> trees being removed will be replaced and relocated. At the time of the onsite inspection,the <br /> Conservation Agent noted no concerns for the embankment's stability, and the natural vegetation <br /> is sufficient. <br /> COMMISSIONER COMMENTS <br /> • No meetings with the Board of Health <br /> • The proposed project does not require a meeting with ZBA <br /> • The frame hasn't been detennined.
