Town Meeting -16- May 1979 so that (a) the number of dwelling units permitted in Sec- tion 6 on the plan referred to in the deed shall be increased from 21 to 27; (b) the number of units permitted in the com- bined Section 209 23, 24, 259 26, 27. 28 and 29 shall be re- duced from 1627 to 1621; or take any other action thereon, ACTION: Motion made that the Article be accepted as printed. Motion carried unanimously. ARTICLE 46 To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money for Project Help of Cape Cod, said sum to be under the control of the Board of Selectmen, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded that Article 46 be Indefinitely Postponed. Lotion carried. ARTICLE To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate the sun of $29000e00 as provided in .the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 5, (Clause 39), to help de- fray the expenses in providing facilities for training rehab- ilitation and employment of mentally retarded and handicapped residents of the Town of Mashpee employed at Nauset Workshop, Inc. , Hyannis, Massachusetts, or take any other action thereon, ACTION: Motion made and seconded that Article 47 be In-- definitely Postponed. 160 yes and 50 no-,-Indefinitely Postponed. ARTICLE 48, To see iftthe Town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money to help defray the expenses of the Cape Cod Council on Alcoholism, said funds to be under the control of the Board of Selectmen* or take any. other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a, sum of $500.00 to help defray the expenses of the Cape Cod Council on Alcoholism, said funds to be under the control of the Board of Selectmen. Motion carried. 151 yes - 58 no. ARTICL 4. To act on any other business that may legally come before said meeting. Notion made and seconded that the Annual Town Meeting at this time, 10:00 p.m. , be adjourned. Lotion carried. And you are directed to serve this Tarrant by posting up attested copies thereof, one at the Town Hall, one at the Post Office, and one each on the bulletin boards, fourteen days at least before said meeting.
