470 Annual Town Meeting ~15- May 7: 1979 Article 39 continued ACTION: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $7,000*00 for the pur- pose of canstruc ting an Anaerobic Septage Treatment Lagoon as required by the Department of Environmental Quality Engineering. Motion carried. ARTICLE 40. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate or take from available funds an additional sum of money for the purpose of making an Hydraulic study of the Disposal . Facility as required by 'the Department of Environmental Quality Engineering, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $15,600.00 for the pur- pose of making an Hydraulic Study of the Disposal Facility, as required by the Department of Environmental Quality Engineering. Motion carried. ARTICLE 41. To see if the Town will vote to increase the part- time position of the Board of Health Clerk to Full-time and to raise and appropriate, or transfer from available funds, a sum of money to pay the salary in accordance with the Salary Admini- stration Plan, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to Indefinitely Postpone. Motion carried. ARTICLE 42. To see if the Town will authorize the selectmen to appoint a full-time Director for the Mashpee Senior,Citizens I Community Center and to further raise and appropriate or trans- fer from available funds-the sum of $7,727-00, or any other sum, as salary for said Director, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to take from Revenue Shar- ing the sum of $3,863o5O for salary of six (6) months for said Director. Motion carried. ARTICLE �0. To see- if the Town will vote to authorize the hiring of one additional full-time Clerk/Secretary for the Police Depart- ment and raise and appropriate, or transfer from available funds, a sum of money to pay the salary in accordance with the Salary Administration Plan or take any other action thereon. .ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 43 to reads To see if the Town will authorize the hiring of one addi= tional fulltime Sec retary/Dispatcher for the Police Department and raise and appropriate the sure of $3,120.39 to be applied to the Police Departments Clerical Wages Account to pay for the salary in accordance with the Salary Administration Flan. Motion carried as amended. ARTICLE 44. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate or transfer from available funds a sure of money for the purpose of.perfarming engineering services needed toddefine the boundaries and layout of Hooppole Road, or take any- other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to- Indefinitely Postpone. Motion carried. 1 y ARTICLE 45. To see if the Town will vote to authorize and direct the Selectmen to execute, acknowledge, seal and deliver an agree- ment in recordable form with New Seabury Corporation (formerly , Popponesset Corporation) remodifying the restrictions contained in a.deed from Popponesset Corporation to the Town, dated July 13, 1964, and duly recorded (as modified by an agreement with New Seabury Corporation dated December 27, 1971, and duly recorded) ,
