To see if the Town will approve additional com- <br /> pensation of 7 perocent of each employee's salary, applying <br /> to all non-elected full-time and part-time employees covered <br /> by the Salary Administration Plan and excluding those .employ- <br /> ees subject to collective bargaining agreements and those <br /> official salaries set by the Board of Selectmen. This seven <br /> per cent shall be in addition to the salary received by each <br /> employee as presently provided for'in 'the 'Salary Administra- <br /> tion Plan, and to raise and appropriate the -sure of $ , <br /> to meet this 'obligation 'or take any other 'action thereon: . <br /> 11 <br /> ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 8 to <br /> read:.
