Meeting Called to Order:The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen,Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Mary LeClair, <br /> Kevin Shackett, Lisa Meizinger, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms.Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of December 12, 2024. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the <br /> minutes of the December 12, 2024, meeting as presented,seconded by Mr. Shackett. <br /> Motion carried, 4-Ayes,0-Nays,Jill Allen-Abstained. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report, December 2024 Warrants: Ms. Conn reported that the December <br /> 2024 financials were not available because the bank statements were just reconciled and <br /> submitted to the Fee Accountant. The board reviewed.the December 2024 Warrants. Ms. <br /> LeClair moved to approve the December 2024 Warrants as presented, seconded by <br /> Mr. Klein. Motion Carried. 5-Ayes, O-Nays. <br /> 4. Executive Director's Report & Capital Protect Updates: Ms. Conn reported that there <br /> are two vacancies at florneyer, one is a capital project, and one is near completion and <br /> should be leased by next week. There are eleven outstanding rents, four from Breezy <br /> Acres, five from Homeyer Village, one from Great Cove, and one from Ashers Path; four <br /> of the tenants are under repayment agreements, one is under mediation through the court, <br /> and four residents were sent notices;two are from vacated tenants. Ms. Conn reported that <br /> the budget was approved, and she hired a full-time maintenance floater, who will start in <br /> two weeks to assist in Mashpee, Brewster, and Mattapoisett. The Brewster maintenance <br /> member resigned, and Vincent has been filling in, along with a seasonal staff that is on <br /> holiday break from college. The Assistant Director is working on recertifications for both <br /> Qkoo 0 <br />
