Meeting Called to Order:The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen,Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen,Mary LeClair, and <br /> Lisa Meizinger. <br /> 2. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms,Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of January 9, 2025. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve of the <br /> minutes of January 9,2025,seconded by Ms. LeClair.Motion carried. 3-Ayes,O-Nays. <br /> 3. "Treasurer's Regort, 12/31/2024 Quarterly Financials, January 2025 Financials & <br /> Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed the 12/31/2024 quarterly financials including the tenant <br /> accounts receivable report, the current reserve level is at 49.19%. Ms. LeClair moved to <br /> approve the 12/31/2024 quarterly financials, seconded by Ms. Meizinger. Motion <br /> Carried. 3-Ayes, O-Nays, The board then reviewed the January 2025 financials. Ms. <br /> Meizinger moved to approve the January 2025 financials, seconded by Ms. LeClair. <br /> Motion Carried, 3-Ayes,O-Nays. The board reviewed the warrants with a brief discussion. <br /> Ms.Meizinger moved to approve the January 2025 Warrants as presented,seconded <br /> by Ms. LeClair.Motion Carried, 3-Ayes, O-Nays. <br /> 4. Executive Director's Report & Capital Project Updates: Ms. Conn reported that there <br /> is one vacancy at Ilomeyer,the capital project.There are eight outstanding rents,four from <br /> Homeyer,two from Breezy Acres,and two fro Ashers Path;the staff are collecting,there <br /> are three mediated agreements through court. The MRVP program has a freeze of issuing <br /> new vouchers, Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), <br /> announced a pause in funding, and issued guidelines that we have implemented. The bid <br /> results came in for Vacant Unit #9 Turnover Project 172076, the first two bidders were <br />
