Ms.LeClair moved to award the Vacant Unit Turnover#9,Project 172076,to Zander Corporation in teamount of $48,000 pending the due diligence recommendation from the architect firm,seconded by Ms. Meizinger. The tenant board member seat is up for renewal this May 2025 and Ms. Conn is waiting for official notice from the'Gown on how to proceed.The attorney working on the MCAD complaint received a request from MCAD directly for additional documentation and will be responding accordingly. 6. New Business: Ms. Conn distributed the FY2026 Draft Annual Plan for review prior to the public hearing on March 13,2025, public hearing. The board agreed on a two-minute time limit per person for public comment period. Ms. Conn reviewed the Delta Dental Contract. Staff have been requesting dental coverage, and the premiums will be 100% paid by the employee. After a brief discussion,Ms.Meizinger moved to approve the Delta Dental Contract and authorize the Executive Director to select and execute the appropriate plan,seconded by Ms.LeClair.Motion Caried. 3-Ayes, O-Nays. 7. Other Business: A board member commented on how great the snow removal was done this past storm at both Breezy Acres and Asher's Path. 8. Correspondence/Communications: None. 9.
