Meeting Called to Order:The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen,Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Mary LeClair, <br /> Kevin Shackett, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Aaroval of Previous Meeting's Minutes. Ms.Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of July 11, 2024. Mr. Klein moved to approve the minutes of <br /> the July 11,2024,meeting,seconded by Mr.Shackett. Motion carried. 3-Ayes,O-Nays, <br /> Mary LeClair-Abstained, Ms. LeClair moved to approve the minutes of the Special <br /> Session of August 27,2024, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, O-Nays, <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report & Warrants; Ms. Conn reviewed the financials for July 2024 <br /> whereas the reserve levels were at 42.97%. The extraordinary maintenance was for the <br /> eviction and to change the locks of the Community Room, issuing all tenants a new key, <br /> Ms. Conn then reviewed the July 2024& August 2024 warrants. After a brief discussion, <br /> Mr. Shacket moved to approve the July 2024 & August 2024 Warrants, as discussed <br /> seconded,by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried, 4-Ayes,O-Nays, <br /> 4. Executive Director's Report & Updates: Ms. Conn reported that there are seven rents <br /> outstanding, two from Breezy Acres, four from Homeyer Village, and one from Great <br /> Cove; staff have taken the appropriate action to collect. There are two vacancies at <br /> Homeyer,one unit will be teased on Friday,and the second unit is pending the approval of <br /> the Capital Improvement Plan revision. Trainings completed recently are the tax credit re- <br /> certification for Jen, Kristen, & Kimberly, as well as Jennifer Haskell receiving her <br /> Massachusetts Public Housing Administrator Certification at the recent MassNAHRO <br /> Conference. Mashpee Housing Authority received a Massachusetts Commission Against <br />
