Discrimination complaint on July 29, 2024, this was submitted to the attorney with <br /> answers; and a position statement was issued on August 13,2024. Ms. Conn reported that <br /> all warranty information for the Breezy Acres Building Envelope project #172052, has <br /> been received, and presented the Certificate of Final Completion. Mr. Klein moved to <br /> approve the Certificate of Final Completion for Project .172052, seconded by Mr. <br /> Shackett. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Days. The vacant unit turnover project for Homeyer <br /> Village # 19 has been completed, and Ms. Conn will be submitting the invoices for <br /> reimbursement. Ms. Conn then reviewed the latest revision to the Capital Improvement <br /> Plan, for Mold remediations, Hot Water Tank Replacement, and Vacancy Turnover Unit <br /> 9. Ms. LeClair moved to approve the submission of a CIP revision, seconded by Mr. <br /> Klein.Motion carried, 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 5. Old Business: Mr. Klein reported that the Community Preservation Committee (CPC) is <br /> discussing a property located at 475 Route 151 to be used as recreation, green space, and <br /> possible affordable housing earmarked as emergency housing for Mashpee residents, The <br /> building has four 2-bedroom units with full kitchens and bathrooms,and IA system,but he <br /> is unsure of heating. The next CPC meeting is scheduled for September 19, 2024. <br /> 6. New Business: Ms. Conn requested a 90-day extension on updating the Procurement <br /> Policy. Ms. LeClair moved to approve the 90-day extension on the revision oft e <br /> Procurement Policy,seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 7. Other Business: None. <br /> 8. Correspondence/Communications: M.s. Conn reported that she was harassed in public <br /> today by a former tenant and she went to the Police Station to report it, she requested that <br /> the police department contact the individual and requesting he stay away. <br /> 9. Next Meeting.Date and Time: Next meeting October 10,2024, 5:30 PM at Asher's Path <br /> Community Room. Mr. Klein informed the board that fie will be away. <br /> 10. Adiournment: Mr. Shackett moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 4-Ayes, 0-Nays.
