Meeting Called to Order:The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen,Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following), members present Jill Allen, Mary LeClair, <br /> Kevin Shackett, and Lisa Meizinger. <br /> 2. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms.Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of September 12, 2024. Mr. Shackett moved to approve the <br /> minutes oft e September 12,2024,meeting,seconded by Ms. LeClair.Motion carried. <br /> 3-Ayes,O-Nays, Lisa Meizinger-Abstained. <br /> 3. FY2025 Budget. Treasurer's Report & Warrants: Steve Cote, of Fenton, Ewald, & <br /> Associates presented the FY2025 Budget to the board of commissioners. Ile first reviewed <br /> the budget guidelines including a twelve percent increase to the "ANUEL" (Allowable <br /> Nonutility Expense Level). The budget also consists of exemptions including the Resident <br /> Service Coordinator Grant, legal services, health and pension and property insurance, <br /> Mashpee Housing Authority is budgeting for a loss this year utilizing$6,975 from reserves, <br /> reducing the estimated reserve level from 41.76% to 37.65%. 'This will help fund the <br /> tenants' requested items such as new dryers and picnic tables at Homeyer Village, Mr. <br /> Cote then reviewed the Management budget, and the Executive Director Calculation <br /> worksheet, noting that Ms. Conn is not taking her full salary allocation to increase the <br />
