Ms. Conn reviewed the Homeyer Village washer award in the amount of <br /> $7,874.97 through an energy program administered by Crane Appliance, two washing <br /> machines were replaced, and an additional machine was added at no cost to the Housing <br /> Authority. Ms. Conn reported that the Capital Improvement Plan(CIP) revision was still <br /> under review, but there was a meeting scheduled for October 11, 2024,with the Architect <br /> to write the turnover scope consisting of bath tub conversion to shower stall, and kitchen <br /> and flooring replacement for vacant unit#9 I-lomeyer Village. <br /> 5.
