Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Mary LeClair, <br /> Vice-Chair. A quorum was declared with the following members present Mary LeClair, <br /> Kevin Shackett, Lisa Meizinger, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. LeClair entertained a motion to approve <br /> the general session minutes of November 14,2024. Ms.Meizinger moved to approve the <br /> minutes of the November 14, 2024, meeting as presented, seconded by Mr. Shackett. <br /> Motion carried.4-Ayes,O-Nays, <br /> 3. Treas rer's Report October 2024, & November 2024 Financials & Warrants: Ms. <br /> Conn reviewed the year-to-date financials through November 2024, noting that they are <br /> still compared to last year's budget awaiting approval of this year's. Ms. Conn reported <br /> that she had a budget meeting with Mary Farell, Asset Manager for Executive Office of <br /> Housing and Livable Co unities(EC) LC}earlier in the week,and a follow-up meeting <br /> was scheduled for tomorrow. The current reserve level is 36.33%. This will go up slightly <br /> with the Administrative Fees earned on the building envelope project,but a portion of that <br /> was spent on dryers, and pedestals for both washers and dryers at llornByer Village. Ms. <br /> Meizinger moved to approve the October 2024 and November 2024 financials as <br /> reviewed, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion Carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn then <br /> reviewed the November 2024 Warrants,Ms.Meizinger moved to approve the November <br /> 2024 Warrants as presented,seconded by Mr.Klein.Motion Carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 4. Executive Director's Retiort& Ca its Proiect Updates: Ms. Conn reported that there <br /> are three vacancies at Homeyer, one is a capital project in the final planning stages, one is <br /> near completion and should be leased by the end of the month, and one turnover is just <br />
