It was agreed <br /> that pricing information would be obtained from the Town of Falmouth, <br /> and an RFP would be considered at the next review. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> FDIC A eements—Falmouth Road Pro <br /> Correspondence was received from Town Counsel dated June 12, 2006 <br /> relative to the settlement agreement with the Federal Deposit Insurance <br /> • Corporation(FDIC). <br /> Motion made by Selectman Myers to approve the Settlement <br /> Agreement with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FIDIC) <br /> with the Town of Mashpee Tor property described as 950 and 966 <br /> Falmouth Road,MAsshpee dated June 12,2006. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalan. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> • <br />
