To date,approximately fifteen feet of his beach front is lost <br /> due to erosion. Mr. Marsters recommended that members of the Lake <br /> Management Committee be involved in the height level and management <br /> of the lake. The Selectmen were invited to review the damage and attend <br /> the committee's next meeting on August 22, 2006. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Cape Cod Free Clinic: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalan to place the above topic on the <br /> Selectmen's agenda. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Myers. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectmen members recently attended a site plan review meeting <br /> regarding the Cape Cod Free Clinic. It was noted that Town Meeting <br /> action in October 2005 authorized the Selectmen to lease land or to sell all <br /> or a portion of two parcels, approximately 4.65 acres located between <br /> Route 28 and Commercial Street,just north of Madaket Place to an <br /> appropriate non-profit entity or entities, which may include the Cape Cod <br /> Free Clinic. <br /> The Cape Cod Free Clinic&Community Health Center is presently <br /> moving forward to construct a new health care facility at the subject site <br /> location and is in need to lease the land as referenced in its entirety. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to grant the Town Manager the <br /> right to expand the Cape Cod Free Clinic project to encompass a <br /> portion of two parcels, approximately 4.65 acres as referenced. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Myers. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
