2 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 11,2006 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Dredging Ut)date: <br /> The Town Manager advised the Selectmen on contract delays for testing <br /> and modeling services associated to the Mashpee River dredge project. As <br /> a result,the September timeline the Board set at their July meeting is <br /> postponed. <br /> The Town Manager was requested to give an update to the Selectmen in <br /> October regarding the status of the report. <br /> Agreement with FDIC—Transfer of Properties: <br /> t <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to place.the above topic on the <br /> Selectmen's agenda. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cook. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Correspondence was received from Town Counsel dated September 11, <br /> 2006 relative to the Agreement regarding the FDIC and parcels of real <br /> estate referred to as 950 &966 Falmouth Road, Mashpee. The parcels <br /> would be designated for disposition to the May Institute for the purposes <br /> of developing a group home. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Agreement <br /> regarding Successor Declarancy between the FDIC & Town of <br /> Mashpee in connection with real properly known as 950 &966 <br /> Falmouth Road,Mashpee and authorize the Chairman of the Board <br /> to execute said document on behalf of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
