3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 11, 2006 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Acceptance of Resi ation—Design Review Committee—Landscape <br /> Architect: <br /> Correspondence was received from Mary LeBlanc dated September 1, <br /> 2006 resigning from the Design Review Committee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Myers to accept the resignation of Mary <br /> LeBlanc from the Design Review Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> The Selectmen agreed to remit a letter of appreciation to Ms. LeBlanc for <br /> her dedicated service to the Town of Mashpee. The position will be duly <br /> advertised to seek a replacement landscape architect to serve on the <br /> Design Review Committee. <br /> Recommendation for Appointments Affirmative Action Committee: <br /> The Personnel Administrator recommended membership to the <br /> Affirmative Action Committee in her memorandum of August 30, 2006 <br /> addressed to the Board of Selectmen. The Affirmative Action Committee <br /> was noted to concur with the recommendation. Letters of interest were <br /> attached for additional review. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cook to appoint Steven Peters IV and <br /> Janice Rhoden to the Affirmative Action Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
