3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> • November 21, 2005 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Request for Contract Extension—Fire Dispatch System: <br /> The Selectmen were requested to approve the contract extension for <br /> primary Fire Department dispatch services with the Barnstable County <br /> Sheriff's Department through June 30, 2006. Funds exist within the <br /> budget for said purpose. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cook to approve the Agreement between <br /> the Town of Mashpee and the Barnstable County Sheriff's <br /> Department for the cooperative operation of a primary fire <br /> department dispatch system from July 1,2005 through June 30,2006. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Approval and Execution of All Necessga Documentation for Purchase of <br /> Mashpee Place: <br /> The Board reviewed the Memorandum of Agreement previously approved <br /> by the Selectmen between the Cape Cod Commission and the Town for <br /> the purchase of the Mashpec Place property. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Myers to authorize the Chairman of the <br /> Board to execute all supplemental documents and other documents <br /> related to the purchase of the Mashpee Place property to effectuate <br /> said purchase. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
