Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 15, 2004 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Representative Patrick—Request for Sign Placement: <br /> Representative Patrick remitted correspondence to the Selectmen <br /> requesting to place a sign at Town Hall during the 45 minutes that he <br /> holds his office on Fridays. A sandwich board 2' high would announce <br /> his current office hours held in the Town Hall building. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to allow the placement of a sign as <br /> requested by Representative Patrick during office hours only, and <br /> extend the same courtesy to Representative Perry to place signage of <br /> same at the Town Hall location during his office hours only. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Recommendation for Bid Acceptance—DPW Bid Extensions: <br /> Greg Taylor, Director of Public Works was present to request the <br /> Selectmen approve the extension of bids for FY05. The list of <br /> recommendations was outlined in a memorandum addressed to the Board <br /> dated February 26, 2004. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the extension of the <br /> DPW bids as submitted for FY05 beginning July 1,2004. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Recommendation for Bid Acceptance—DPW Various: <br /> Various bid recommendations for the Department of Public Works was <br /> outlined in a memorandum addressed to the Selectmen dated March 4, <br /> 2004. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to accept the bid <br /> recommendations for FY05 as outlined by the DPW Director dated <br /> March 4, 2004. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
