MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MARCH 12, 2025 <br /> Mr. Strick asked to withdraw his Variance request without prejudice. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion to accept the withdrawal. Mr. Blaisdell, second. All were <br /> in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy read an abutter letter into the record and approves of the project. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the Conservation Commission Administrative Approval. The Board of <br /> Health comments; no increase in habitable space, no comments. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked the Board if there would be an issue if there were additional <br /> posts installed for the 6 ft. cantilever, and is it safe. <br /> Mr. Morris said that additional posts cannot be installed because it will change the <br /> whole proposal. Mr. Strick said he will submit it to a structural engineer for <br /> permitting to Mr. Morris. <br /> The Board agreed. Mr. Reidy made a motion to close public comment. Mr. Blaisdell, <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding for 123 Tide Run <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Sit Plan - Prepared for Kevin Kelley, 123 Tide Run, Mashpee, MA. Scale: 1" _ <br /> 20', Date: April 11, 2018. Prepared by Warwick & Associates Inc. <br /> 3. Building Plans: Prepared for Kelley Residence, 123 Tide Run, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Prepared by: Graven Architectural Design, Date: 6/7/24. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record including <br /> but not limited to the Board of Health and Conservation Department comments. <br /> 5. Any changes to the plans or structure will require the applicant to return to <br /> this Board. <br /> 6. Conditioned that the applicant seek and obtain the Building Department review <br /> in reference to the Tree Bylaw Chapter 175 of the Town Bylaws prior to the <br /> application of a building permit. <br /> 5 <br />
