MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MARCH 12, 2025 <br /> 7. The Board finds under §174-17 and §174-33 that the proposed project is not <br /> substantially more detrimental than the pre-existing, nonconforming structure <br /> or use to either the Town or the neighborhood. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell second. Ms. Sangeleer took a roll call vote. <br /> Mr. Reidy, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, no. <br /> The Written Finding passed by a 4-1 vote. <br /> 23 Wilsons Grove <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members, Mr. Caggiano and Mr. <br /> Milbury. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the application, and after discussion with <br /> Mr. Morris he is requesting a continuance to have time to revise the plans. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the letter request into the record. Mr. Reidy made a motion to <br /> accept the continuance. Mr. Blaisdell, second. All were in favor. <br /> 25 Wilsons Grove <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members, Mr. Caggiano and Mr. <br /> Milbury. Mr. Caggiano read the petition request into the record. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane is requesting a continuance until March 26, 2025 to <br /> allow time to revise the plans. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the request for continuance letter into the record. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion to accept Attorney Kirrane's request for continuance. Mr. <br /> Blaisdell, second. All were in favor. <br /> 58 Bearse Road: Owner, Joan F. Flanagan requests a Modification to an existing <br /> Special Permit (SP-2024-26) to extend the house .5 ft. from what was approved; raise <br /> the first floor height to increase flood resiliency; increase height of dwelling that was <br /> approved from 27'6.5" to 29'6.5"; shift front entry to middle of house; increase height <br /> of the crawl space; and lower grade of proposed driveway on property located in an <br /> R-3 Zoning District, and the Popponesset Overlay District, Map 117, Parcel 32, <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> 6 <br />
