8 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 7, 2004 <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE.. <br /> Memorandum from Chief of Police: <br /> Click It or Ticket Pro r ou Drink and Drive You Lose Pro am: <br /> For informational purposes,the Selectmen reviewed the memorandum <br /> from the Chief of Police dated May 27,2004 relative to the grant for the <br /> Click It or Ticket, You Drink and Drive You Lose enforcement patrols. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Acceytance of Resignation—Affordable Housing Committee: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to place the above topic on the <br /> Selectmen's agenda. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Late-filed correspondence was received from Joseph Marino resigning <br /> from the Affordable Housing Committee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to accept the resignation of <br /> Joseph Marino from the Affordable Housing Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Charter Committee: <br /> The Selectmen directed the Town Administrator to draft a letter of <br /> appreciation to the members of the Charter Committee for their dedicated <br /> service. This date marks the last official day of the committee. <br />
