4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 13, 2004 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Re nest of Rotga Club—One Day Liquor License for Oktoberfest: <br /> The Rotary Club of Mashpee submitted a special one-day liquor license <br /> request for the sale of beer and wine at the Mashpee Oktoberfest to be held <br /> at Mashpee Commons on October 9, 2004 with a rain date of October 10, <br /> 2004. Proceeds for the annual event would assist the community. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Myers to approve the Special One Day <br /> Liquor License request of the Mashpee Rotary to sell beer and wine at <br /> the Oktoberfest on October 9,2004 with an alternative rain date being <br /> October 10,2004. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Request of the Friends of Mashpee„Senior Center—Permission to Sell <br /> Mashpee Coverlets: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Friends of the Mashpee Senior <br /> Center dated August 31, 2004 requesting the Selectmen approve the sale <br /> of the Mashpee coverlets in the lobby of the Quashnet School on the <br /> evening of the October 2004 Town Meeting. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the sale of Mashpec <br /> Coverlets at the October 2004 Town Meeting as requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
