5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 13, 2004 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Execution of Town Meeting Warrant: <br /> The Board of Selectmen reviewed Draft#4 of the Annual Town Meeting <br /> Warrant dated Monday, October 18, 2004. It was noted that the draft <br /> incorporates amendments submitted by Town Counsel. <br /> Article#32: Separate zoning regulations of commercial vs. residential <br /> kennels—To be sponsored by the Planning Board <br /> Motion made by Selectman Myers to approve and execute the Annual <br /> Town Meeting Warrant of Monday, October 18,2004 at 7:30 p.m.as <br /> amended under Article#36 Police Expense Account: $14,791 and <br /> Article#32 as noted above. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> It was agreed that no zoning articles would be brought before the Board of <br /> Selectmen unless they have been approved by the Planning Board. <br /> Acceptance of Resignation—Assistant Building Inspector: <br /> Correspondence was received from Russell Wheeler dated September 2, <br /> 2004 resigning from the position of Assistant Building Inspector effective <br /> September 17, 2004. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to accept with regret,the <br /> resignation of Russell Wheeler as Assistant Building Inspector. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Myers. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
