11 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 17, 2002 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Contract Renewal for Sealer of Weights& Measures: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the Personal Services <br /> Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and Ray E.Bowman as <br /> Sealer of Weights and Measures for fiscal year 2003,.to expire <br /> June 30,2003. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Request for Pay„„Differential: <br /> The Board of Selectmen was requested to approve a pay differential for <br /> Diane Boretos at Step 1 of the current salary due to the absence of the <br /> Conservation Agent, an increase of.33 cents. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve the pay differential of <br /> Diane Boretos at Step 1 of the Conservation Agent current salary. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Greg Taylor, union representative requested the Selectmen consider a pay <br /> differential at Step II, $21.96 due to the unusual circumstance. <br /> The motion was withdrawn by Selectmen Leveille and Selectman Green. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve a pay differential for <br /> Diane Boretos at Step II,$21.96 as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> I <br /> It was noted that the responsibilities of the Conservation Department and <br /> day to day operation thereof would be further discussed in Executive <br /> Session. <br /> i <br />
