Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 17, 2002 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Request to Waive Permit Fees—High School Boosters Club: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to place the above topic on the <br /> Selectmen's agenda. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> The Mashpee High School Boosters Club respectfully requested the <br /> Selectmen waive any fees associated to the building of a press box. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to waive any fees associated to <br /> the construction of a press bog at the athletic field as requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Charter Committee Request-"Website Link": <br /> . Correspondence was received from Elizabeth Petti, Chairman of the <br /> Charter Commission dated June 12, 2002 requesting the Board authorize a <br /> website link to disseminate information to the public on proceedings and <br /> related documentation of public interest. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the link of the <br /> Town's website for the Charter Commission as referenced. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Approval of Contract for Grant Consultant Services: <br /> A contract between the Town and STG Consultant Services for grant <br /> writing services in connection with the FY 2003 Community Development <br /> Fund grant was presented to the Selectmen for approval and execution. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve and execute the <br /> Agreement by and between the Town of Mashpee and STG <br /> Consultant Services in connection with the FY 2003 Massachusetts <br /> Community Development Block Grant Program/Community <br /> Development Fund application. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalan. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
