G <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 23, 2002 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing_ Transfer of Liquor License: <br /> Better Foods LLC, d/b/a Siena: (continued) <br /> The Siena proposes to offer upscale northern Italian cuisine. Mr. Silliman, <br /> Manager was noted to have extensive restaurant expertise. The premise is <br /> scheduled to open in late October. The Selectmen were in receipt of a <br /> letter of support from Mashpee Commons, LP. <br /> Siena is also seeking an entertainment license for background dining <br /> music, recorded and live music for up to four(4)musicians. <br /> Applicable paperwork was in order with the exception of a copy of the <br /> Manager of Record's birth certificate. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalan to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the application of <br /> Better Food,LLC, d/b/a Siena,Graham Silliman,Manager, for a <br /> transfer of Annual All Alcohol Restaurant License to include <br /> Entertainment as specified from MC Holding,Inc. Premises located <br /> at 138 Nathan Ellis Highway,Mashpee Commons,Mashpee pending <br /> receipt of the Manager's certificate of birth. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br />
