3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> December 2, 2002 <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> CCC Hearin —Dialysis Center: <br /> Cape Cod Commission Hearing <br /> Wednesday, December 4, 2002 <br /> 5:00 p.m. @ Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Mashpee Commons—Dialysis Center <br /> Future Agenda Topic: -Update on Munis Software Implementation <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Request to Fill Vacancy—Treasurer/Tax Collector's Office: <br /> Maryanne Gibbs, Treasurer/Tax Collector was present to request the <br /> Selectmen approve the vacancy request for the position of Assistant <br /> Treasurer/Tax Collector. <br /> The matter was deferred to Monday, December 9, 2002 to review the <br /> current position job description. <br /> Request to Fill Vacancy--Town Clerk's Office: <br /> Request to Fill Vacant —Leisure Services Department: <br /> Two non-standard part-time position vacancy requests were presented to <br /> the Board of Selectmen for approval. Due to budgetary constraints,the <br /> Selectmen agreed to freeze all part-time position vacancy requests for two <br /> weeks for further review and consideration. The matter will be addressed <br /> at the next scheduled Selectmen's Meeting. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to freeze all part-time position <br /> vacancy requests for two weeks. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Mashpee Chamber of Commerce-Sign Request: <br /> Specifications relative to Mashpee community events signage proposal <br /> was presented to the Selectmen for consideration. The matter was tabled <br /> for further clarification and review. <br />
