5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 26, 2001 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Approval of Performance Appraisal—Conservation Agent: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Performance <br /> Appraisal of Robert Sherman, Conservation Agent as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTk: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Appointment of Part-Time Clerk—Leisure Services: <br /> Deborah McGonagle of Mashpee was the recommended candidate for the <br /> position of Administrative Clerk by the Personnel Administrator. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to appoint Deborah McGonagle <br /> to the position of Administrative Clerk(19 hours)to the Leisure <br /> Services Department for a term to expire 6/30/01. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Acceptance of Proposal—Affordable Housing Project: <br /> In response to the Request for Proposal dated January 29, 2001, the <br /> Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod, Inc. remitted a bid proposal in <br /> connection with the development of five affordable houses within the <br /> Town of Mashpee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to accept the proposal received <br /> from Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod,Inc. to build (5) affordable <br /> homes on each of the(5) parcel of land now owned by the Town of <br /> Mashpee, as described; <br /> 29 Sandy Fox Drive 35 Sandy Fox Drive <br /> 31 Dixon Drive 37 Dixon Drive <br /> 30 County Road <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
