J ARTICLE 10 The Finance Committee recommends this Article in the amount of $ 14 , 097 . The money was provided in reserve in "our ability to raise" through taxation . ARTICLE Il The Finance Committee will make recommendations at Town Meeting when final costs are submitted . ARTICLE 12 The Finance Committee will make recommendations at the Town Meeting when final costs are submitted . ARTICLE 13 The Finance Committee recommends this Article having concerns of to what account the funds received from the sale of Town Owned Land will go . ARTICLE 14 The Finance Committee can make no recommendations until cost figures are available . It also should be noted that this will require a Proposition 2 '* Override when the determination of required funding is made because the Water Commissioner ' s or Water District ean ' t fund this expenditure . ARTICLE 15 The Finance Committee does not recommend this Article based on a letter of June 23 , 1987 , from Robert P . Fagen, Deputy Regional Environmental Engineer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts DEQE to the Board of Water Commissioners , Town Hall , Mashpee , which states `fhe Department is of the opinion that water treatment by , point of use granular activated carbon is not acceptable for consumptive purposesdandoge . advised , however , that upon submittal by a registered professional engineer skilled in water treatment and after site specific pilot plant demonstration, the Department will consider a proposal for such treatment for non-consumptive use . " We would reconsider our recommendations ou a proposal for consumptive use . The funding for this will be the responsibility of the Water Commissioners and/or Water District of the Town of Mashpee . ARTICLE 16 The Finance Committee recommends this Artitle . ARTICLE 17 The Finance Committee recommends this Article . ARTICLE 18 The Finance Committee will make a recommendation at Town Meeting once sufficient information is received .
