Board of Selectmen March 12,2001 Page Ten. A intment of Sppcial Events Committee Members(continued) Doreen Guild, Assistant Town Accountant, Evelyn Bushenfeldt,45 Timberland Drive,Mashpee,MA. (received late) Also, Gus Fredericks,Leisure Services,would like to be considered for appointment to the Committee, Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the appointment of all 9 people to the Special Events Committee. Motion seconded by Selectman Green. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0 Communications&Corres ndence: RAGE Correspondence: Correspondence received from RAGE(Residents Advocating Governmental Equity,Inc.) dated February 12,2001,Tom Michael,President,regarding update on case and request for funding. Discussion followed regarding the BOS thought they had voted on this at a previous meeting but the Assistant Town Administrator said she researched the minutes and could not find it in the minutes. Motion made by Selectman Taylor to support RAGE with school department funding. Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane.. VOTE: Unanimous, 4-0 Old Business: Watershed Management Committee Membership: Selectman Green read the names of the active membership of the Watershed Management Committee,as follows: Dennis Balzarini, Glenn Santos,Thomas Fudala,Beverly Kane,John Sullivan,and himself(Chuckie Green). The Committee is asking the BOS to issue an invitation to people to serve on the Committee. They are an environmental oriented Committee of six and would like 9 or 11 members. Motion made by Selectman Taylor to increase the membership of the Watershed Management Committee to 9 members not including town employees who would be non-voting members.
