12 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 9, 2001 <br /> f <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing cont'd—Gone Tomatoes: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman.Leveille absent. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to revoke the All-Alcoholic <br /> Liquor License of Mashpee Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Gone Tomatoes. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br /> Public Hearing—Carbo's Grille &Bar: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced hearing. <br /> Selectman Cahalan presided and opened the Public Hearing on the <br /> application of DCMD,Inc., d/b/a Carbo's Grille& Bar, David Carboneau, <br /> Manager, 681 Falmouth Road, Mashpee to alter the premises to include <br /> outside dining with seating for 24 patrons. <br /> David Carboneau was present to discuss the license application. It was <br /> noted that the outside patio is currently approved for the serving of food. <br /> The total seating capacity of the full service restaurant is 77 as stipulated <br /> in the license as approved by the Board on December 4, 2000. It was <br /> noted that the interior seating capacity was reduced with the construction <br /> of the restroom facility. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br />
