Total seating capacity of establishment—77. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Request for One-Day Liquor License—Mashpee Night at the Pops: <br /> Selectman Leveille and Selectman Marsters stepped down for the above <br /> referenced request. <br /> Correspondence was received from James Vaccaro, Mashpee Community <br /> Concert Committee dated March 26, 2001 requesting the Board approve a <br /> One-Day Wine and Malt License for the annual Mashpee Night at the <br /> Pops and waive all Town fees associated with the event with the exception <br /> of the cost of Police and Fire personnel. The event is scheduled on <br /> Saturday, July 28, 2001 with a rain date of July 29'h. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to approve the request of the <br /> Mashpee Community Concert Committee for a One-Day Liquor <br /> License and waive all associated Town fees as stipulated. <br /> Motion.seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille, Selectman Marsters absent. <br />
