`1 7 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> January 10, 2000 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Road Conversion: (continued) <br /> Mr. Taylor has estimated the Trout Brook Road betterment to <br /> Cost $93,840. The cost to be borne by twenty-eight property <br /> owners is $3,351 for a maximum of twenty years at the payment discretion <br /> of each subject property owner. <br /> Several area residents were present to discuss the road conversion <br /> process. There were several questions pertaining to construction <br /> criteria selected for the road conversion process_ <br /> The Board agreed to discuss the criteria and recommendations of <br /> the Director of Public Works at the next scheduled meeting. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to continue the Public Hearing <br /> relative to the above referenced Road Conversion to Monday, <br /> January 24, 2000. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Public Hearin —Livery License: <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Charles Roderick for a livery service license to operate at 428 Nathan <br /> Ellis Highway,Mashpee. <br /> Mrs. Mason, Assistant Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing <br /> notice as published. It was noted that there is a discrepancy relative to <br /> the location of the intended licensed establishment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to continue the Public Hearing <br /> relative to the above referenced Livery License to Monday, <br /> January 24, 2000. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
