4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> January 24, 2000 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin —Lively License: <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing on the application of Earl <br /> Norwood Cash,Jr. for a livery service license to operate at 12 Terry <br /> Avenue, Mashpee. <br /> Joyce Mason, Assistant Town Administrator read aloud the Public <br /> Hearing notice as published. All necessary paperwork is in order for the <br /> Selectmen's approval. <br /> Mr. Earl N. Cash was present to discuss the license application with the <br /> „,Board. Correspondence was received from Sergeant Clancy <br /> recommending approval. Being no comment,the Board motioned to close <br /> the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the application of <br /> Ear[ Norwood Cash,Jr. for a livery service license to operate at <br /> 12 Terry Avenue, Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
