Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 28, 2000 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Class II Used Car License—Michael Colombo: <br /> (continued) <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille'to deny the license application <br /> of Michael Colombo for a Class H Used Car License at 440 Nathan <br /> Ellis Highway, Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman CahaIane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Transfer of Harbormaster Boat to Waterways Commission: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Waterways Commission dated <br /> February 2, 2000 requesting the Board transfer control of the <br /> Harbormaster boat referred to as the old Koblinsky boat to the Waterways <br /> Commission and approve minimal maintenance and fuel support. <br /> The above referenced boat will support the gathering of water quality data <br /> and conduct miscellaneous waterway activities. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve the transfer of the <br /> Harbormaster boat, and authorize the maximum expenditure of <br /> $100 for maintenance and fuel support as requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
