Colombo for a Class II Used Car License at 440 Nathan <br /> Ellis Highway,Mashpee. Joyce Mason, Assistant Town Administrator <br /> read aloud the Public Hearing notice as published. <br /> The applicant was not present to discuss the license application with the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> Description of project, use and intensity of use: Sale of newer model <br /> Ford vans. Approximately two vehicles will be on display in front. <br /> Approximately four to six will be stored behind the American Wholesale <br /> Plumbing Supplies building in gated area. Majority of time, vans will be <br /> sold through auction. <br /> As noted in the Town Ordinance, a used car dealership shall provide, <br /> maintain or demonstrate access to a repair facility for warranty purposes. <br /> There is no facility on the subject site location to repair used cars. <br /> There were several issues that remained unclear. Concern was voiced <br /> with respect to increased small car sales within the Town. Being no <br /> comment,the Board agreed to continue the Public Hearing to obtain <br /> clarification from the applicant. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to continue the Public Hearing <br /> on the application of Michael A. Colombo for a Class H Used Car <br /> License at 440 Nathan Ellis Highway, Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
