8 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 20, 2000 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Town Meeting Warrant Review: <br /> Article #25: (continued) <br /> Tom Fudala, the Town Planner suggested the residents schedule a future <br /> meeting with the Water District and Board of Selectmen to discuss this <br /> matter. He recommended that additional routes for the system be <br /> considered. <br /> Article#29: Tobey Property—Open Space Committee <br /> The Open Space Committee voted to recommend the Board delete <br /> Article #29 from the Town Meeting warrant at this time. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to withdraw Article#29 <br /> (Tobey Property) from the Annual Town Meeting warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Omnibus Budget: <br /> The Board agreed that salaries contained in the Omnibus Budget should <br /> not be awarded to employee's until such time that their Performance <br /> Appraisals have been reviewed and approved. <br /> Article#33: Zoning Bylaw Amendment—Minimum Setback. <br /> Town Counsel to render an opinion. <br /> Article#37: Zoning Bylaw Amendment— Special Permits. <br /> Selectman Marsters stepped down and abstained from any discussion <br /> relative to Article#37. <br /> The Board briefly discussed Article#37. There was no action. <br /> Proposed Articles: <br /> Broadcast Booth: Article withdrawn. <br /> SPED Account: Article withdrawn. <br />
